Arranmore Park was built at the end of the 19th century. Formerly a private Victorian residence and private school, it was established as a residential care home in 1986, providing accommodation and 24-hour personal care for the elderly. Renowned for its warm friendly atmosphere, the Home has undergone several improvements in recent years including extensions, alterations and refurbishments.
It is situated in a pleasant residential area of Burscough, close to public transport and motorway connections. Local shops, churches, clubs, restaurants and public houses are all close by.
Arranmore Park is a Home of distinction and character, with many attractive internal features. It has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and has the advantage of combining spaciousness with a "Home from Home" atmosphere. As a resident in the Home, you will be cared for by extremely friendly, dedicated and caring staff, whilst living in comfortable surroundings and maintaining your own individuality.
Arranmore Park is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to accommodate 35 residents and has an excellent reputation within the local community. It is well supported by a multi-discipline health team.
Permanent, short stay and respite care are offered at Arranmore Park for people over the age of 55, including those with the onset of dementia. Prospective residents are invited to visit the Home with a relative or friend and spend the day, with a view to familiarizing themselves with the environment, before making a decision to move in.
